This property has a Ring doorbell and exterior security cameras monitoring the front entry, driveway, and sides. No cameras are inside the home. Cameras record only when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed.

RENOVATIONS
We pride ourselves in continuously renovating and trying to improve our guests’ experience. Below is a list of recent renovations.
January/February 2020: Themed bedrooms (Marvel, Princesses & Mickey), new bedding for master bedrooms, 55" smart TVs for master bedrooms, 65" smart TV for living room, new ceiling fans installed in downstairs bedrooms, living room & lanai, new living room furniture, fresh paint in kitchen, dining room, entry way, hallways and living room, kitchen remodel (granite counter tops, tile back splash, new cabinet doors), new cabinet doors in bathrooms, new kitchen table & chairs, new carpeting throughout, dishes, Keurig machine, new linens & towels.
July 2020: Pool converted to a saltwater system, master bedrooms repainted (new furniture ordered and arriving in October).
August 2020: Game room re-themed to Toy Story. Replaced the ceiling fans in game room. Painted kids bathrooms to incorporate theme from bedrooms.
October 2020: New furniture installed in master bedrooms. Both have USB ports for charging electronics. The gray set has built in wireless qi charging spots and LEDs in headboard. Master bathrooms repainted and new artwork installed. Entryway redecorated with new artwork, table and bench. Ring doorbell and outside cameras added for safety.
November 2020: New lighting installed in kitchen and dining room. Auto dusk to dawn switch added to outside lights.
January 2022: New whole house AC units for upstairs and downstairs
June 2022: Air conditioning added to game room.
January 2023: Replaced dining room furniture, Mickey bedroom furniture, Princesses dresser & nightstand and Marvel dresser & nightstand.
September 2023: Added Hidden Mickey game to house.
December 2023: Resurfaced pool adding Cinderella’s Castle and fireworks. Painted exterior. New patio furniture.
January 2024: Added a foosball table to the game room
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
As a father of two, I've always valued creating lasting memories with my children—whether it was beach getaways, Disney vacations, or weekends at the lake. As they grew, I stayed involved by coaching their sports teams and leading youth programs. One of the most impactful experiences for us was the YMCA Parent-Child Program (formerly Indian Guides and Indian Princesses), where I eventually became the head volunteer for both groups. These programs were all about building meaningful bonds through fun, shared events—a philosophy I’ve carried into my work as a short-term rental host. In 2018, a fellow dad introduced me to the idea of owning vacation homes near Disney. After some consideration, I purchased our first property—Galaxy Beyond—and spent the first year learning the ropes. That experience sparked a new passion, and by the end of 2019, I had added a second home—Princesses Assemble. When the pandemic hit, I leaned into the opportunity and added a third property in July 2020—now known as Villa 9 ¾, inspired by Harry Potter. In early 2021, I left my full-time job to focus entirely on short-term rentals. Our fourth home, A Villa Far, Far Away, a Star Wars-themed retreat, was a full renovation project that unlocked a creative side I didn’t know I had. Since then, I’ve continued to expand and evolve our portfolio, including the Marvel-inspired SHIELD Safe House in 2022 and the transformation of Villa 9 ¾ in 2023. Today, my mission is simple: to create immersive, memory-filled vacation homes where families can laugh, connect, and make the kind of memories that last a lifetime—just like I’ve done with my own.Location
