This property has a Ring doorbell and exterior security cameras monitoring the front entry, driveway, and sides. No cameras are inside the home. Cameras record only when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed.

RENOVATIONS
We pride ourselves in continuously renovating and trying to improve our guests’ experience. Below is a list of recent renovations.
January/February 2020: Themed bedrooms (Marvel, Princesses & Mickey), new bedding for master bedrooms, 55" smart TVs for master bedrooms, 65" smart TV for living room, new ceiling fans installed in downstairs bedrooms, living room & lanai, new living room furniture, fresh paint in kitchen, dining room, entry way, hallways and living room, kitchen remodel (granite counter tops, tile back splash, new cabinet doors), new cabinet doors in bathrooms, new kitchen table & chairs, new carpeting throughout, dishes, Keurig machine, new linens & towels.
July 2020: Pool converted to a saltwater system, master bedrooms repainted (new furniture ordered and arriving in October).
August 2020: Game room re-themed to Toy Story. Replaced the ceiling fans in game room. Painted kids bathrooms to incorporate theme from bedrooms.
October 2020: New furniture installed in master bedrooms. Both have USB ports for charging electronics. The gray set has built in wireless qi charging spots and LEDs in headboard. Master bathrooms repainted and new artwork installed. Entryway redecorated with new artwork, table and bench. Ring doorbell and outside cameras added for safety.
November 2020: New lighting installed in kitchen and dining room. Auto dusk to dawn switch added to outside lights.
January 2022: New whole house AC units for upstairs and downstairs
June 2022: Air conditioning added to game room.
January 2023: Replaced dining room furniture, Mickey bedroom furniture, Princesses dresser & nightstand and Marvel dresser & nightstand.
September 2023: Added Hidden Mickey game to house.
December 2023: Resurfaced pool adding Cinderella’s Castle and fireworks. Painted exterior. New patio furniture.
January 2024: Added a foosball table to the game room
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
As a father of two, I've always tried to create memories with my children that would last a lifetime. This started with beach, lake and Disney vacations. As they got older, I coached their sports teams - soccer, softball, baseball, etc. The one program that truly changed our lives was the YMCA Parent Child Program (formerly Indian Guides and Indian Princesses). At one point I was the head volunteer leader for each program. At the time we were the second largest such program in the US. The event based system was all about forming bounds with your children via fun events. At one point another dad in the program approached me about short-term rental properties near Disney. It took a couple of conversations, but eventually I purchased our first property in December of 2018 - Galaxy Beyond. The first year I cut my teeth and learned the ropes. At the end of the year I decided I liked the investment and purchased another in December of 2019 - Princesses Assemble. Covid hit soon after and inevitably guests cancelled their reservations. I felt like it would be a short lived, so I purchased a 3rd property in July 2020 - The Legends (eventually Villa 9 3/4). While the pandemic lasted longer than anticipated, lower prices on houses at the time allowed me to change gears, quit my job and focus on short-term rentals full time. We purchased our 4th home in February 2021. The house was in pretty bad shape and I spent the next two and a half months transforming it into our Star Wars themed A Villa Far, Far Away. The experience changed my life and opened my eyes to a creative side I hadn't know existed. A year later I purchased our 5th home in January 2022 and created the Marvel themed SHIELD Safe House in Solterra. Then I started collecting Harry Potter items to transform The Legends into our Villa 9 3/4 in January 2023. Now I spend much of my time thinking about how to continuously improve the houses so that families can created memories that will last a lifetime.Location
